As Mühle-Glashütte wraps up its 30th-anniversary festivities, it has revealed an exciting new addition to its Teutonia collection.
First introduced in 2004, the original Teutonia watch was crafted to blend elegance, sporty charm, and robustness, featuring a standout large date display.
To honor its legacy, Mühle-Glashütte has now introduced the Teutonia IV Big Date Edition 1994, a timepiece that proudly highlights this signature feature.
This Fresh Interpretation
This fresh interpretation of the Teutonia is available in two distinct versions, with each limited to just 155 units.
At the heart of this watch is the innovative MU9424-G modular movement, which prominently showcases the large date at the 6 o’clock mark via a double window.
One of the most notable updates is the repositioning of the subsidiary seconds dial, a characteristic of the Teutonia series, now relocated to the center of the dial, adding a modern twist to its design.
Technical Highlights
Crafted from high-quality stainless steel, the 41mm case boasts impressive water resistance of up to 10 bar.
Adding to its appeal, the watch features a sapphire crystal case back, providing a glimpse into the sophisticated mechanics of its chronometer-regulated automatic movement.
Among its technical highlights are the in-house wood-pecker neck regulation and beautifully blued screws.
Intriguingly, the rotor is engraved to commemorate the brand’s 30-year journey.
Pricing and Availability
With a suggested retail price of approximately $3,300 USD, this distinctive model combines craftsmanship with heritage.
